Your appointment is very important to us and HELANA HAIR CO. strives to provide every client the time and attention that you deserve. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may require schedule adjustments. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least the 48 hours’ notice. CANCELLATION POLICY Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. I do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online, over the phone or in person. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask that you kindly give at least a 48 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 48 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour mark, a 50% charge will be incurred. If you fail to show for your appointment, we will charge a full 100% of the services booked. * CREDIT CARD TIPPING IS AVAILABLE BUT CASH IS PREFERRED.
